i usually don't abide by the whole "take one accessory off before you walk out the door" schtick.  sometimes piles of accessories can really make an outfit.  i.e. this one.  a simple tank, and simple skirt and some cool kicks can really be amped up into something special by tossing on tons of baubles.  that's 2 bracelets, 3 rings and 3 necklaces to count.
