anyone that says you can't wear black with blue is from an era where people didn't wear white after labor day. i make my own rules as far as fashion is concerned so i frequently wear both. the second i laid eyes on this bright blue scarf i thought to myself "black would totally make this color pop." it's a near perfect match to my favorite clutch and some of my blue hued jewelry.
